Chaos 2 was one of the areas pioneering graffiti writers that established himself during the 1980s in Buckingham and eventually progressed to become one of a handful of artists to piece the Milton Keynes train line during 1990. Chaos 2 formed part of Hip Hop crew The Criminal Minds (TCM) and helped establish the collective’s street presence during their early years of activity.

The above mural entitled “Chaos” was created in 1990 along the Milton Keynes trainline and formed part of several murals painted during the era by various members of The Criminal Minds (TCM).  Several other TCM tags are visible in the image which was taken in 1994. The below mural entitled “TCM” was created during the early 1990s in Buckingham.

In 1990 The Criminal Minds independently released their debut vinyl Ep “Guilty as charged”. Chaos 2 alongside other members of the collective gets mentioned in the opening news report from the first track on the EP entitled “Urban warfare” which can be heard in the below youtube insert. The “Guilty as charged” EP kickstarted The Criminal Minds illustrious recording career.

Chaos 2 alongside other members of the TCM Posse is also credited on the back cover of the groups second recording entitled “Tales from the wasteland” that was also released independently on TCM Records. The back cover of the EP forms a loose biography containing several photos, flyers, and reviews of the collectives achievements up until the time of it’s release in 1991.

The below photo of The Criminal Minds collective has been enhanced from the image on the back of the “Tales from the wasteland” EP. Although the clarity of the image is blurred Chaos 2 is pictured in the center of the group wearing the bucket hat. The image also displays several TCM murals on the wall behind the group, one of which is a character figure created by Chase One.

The below credits have been also been enhanced and are taken from the back of the “Tales from the wasteland” record sleeve. The section begins by giving various shout outs to other recording artists, DJs, associates, and concludes with a final paragraph listing the TCM posse members: Chase 1, Task, Chaos, Quest, Sin 1, Demo, Phase, Mad, Jase, Tres.
