MC Law was a member of Milton Keynes Hip Hop collective W.I.Z.E Crew that was formed during the early 1990s by rapper/producer Judge Wizely. MC Law performed as a rapper/vocalist in the groups live shows and in 1993 recorded vocals on the groups debut and only official release to date entitled “Beats me“.

During the early 1990s W.I.Z.E Crew were regularly performing in and around Milton Keynes. Although several demo recordings had been circulating via an unofficial cassette tape the groups debut composition was released in 1993 on 2’E’Z Records. The recording formed part of a vinyl EP entitled “Kuppa Soop II – Mona In Despair”.

The EP contains six recordings in total and was collectively created by DJ Roughcut, The Rat, DJ 2’E’Z, The Happy Hippy, The Bus Conducter and The W.I.Z.E Crew. MC Law, Judge Wizely and DJ Roughcut collaborated on a track entitled “Beats me” that appears on Side 2 track position 3 of the EP.

Although the W.I.Z.E Crew continued to record music and perform live in and around the Milton Keynes area during 1993 the “Kuppa Soop II – Mona In Despair” EP remains the groups only official release to date. Further information on the EP can be found on the discogs website.
